Transition
As the earth transitions into fall, we're reminded that change is not something to resist, but something to honor.
The seasons invite us to slow down, let go of what no longer serves us, and trust the quiet wisdom of what is emerging.
Whether you're navigating a life transition or simply sensing that something within you is shifting, this retreat offers a place to reconnect with yourself in the company of women doing the same.
Together, we'll explore what it means to live authentically, to be witnessed without judgment, and to cultivate the kind of belonging that helps us move through change with greater courage, clarity, and compassion.
Through time in nature, meaningful connection, reflective practices, and shared experience, you'll be invited to listen more deeply to yourself, to one another, and to what this season is asking of you.
What to Expect:
Friday Evening: Arriving & Crossing the Threshold
4:30 PM Arrive to Dharma’s Garden
Explore the land, learn about the farm and get your hands in the dirt!
5:15 PM Gather around the Fire
5:30 PM Orientation + Land Acknowledgement
6:00 PM Opening Council
Saturday: Your Own Adventure
Saturday is intentionally spacious.
We recommend waking with the sun and turning on our pre-recorded morning meditation to ground + focus.
Next, silence your phone.
Heck, maybe even turn it off all together.
Eat a lovely breakfast and pack your lunch before taking your day outside.
Your “adventure” might look like a drive into the mountains with your art supplies to paint the fall foliage, or perhaps it’s a long and leisurely bike ride along quiet roads (no headphones).
On this day, it might be less about what you do, and more about how you do it.
This we can guide you through.
Let yourself be slow and wander, perhaps there is no where to arrive.
Lose track of time.
Meander, make art, write a letter to yourself six months from now.
Let yourself be quiet.
Make a good dinner, and let yourself go down with the sun.
Keep a journal near your bed, jot down your dreams.
If you desire, listen to our pre-recorded evening meditation to end the day.
We will see you in the morning!
Sunday: Integration & Celebration
10:00 AM Return to Dharma’s Garden
Reconnect with the group over coffee and tea in the Stone Circle
10:30 AM Yoga + Mindfulness
11:30 AM Integration Time to quietly wander, write, make art
12:00 PM Closing Council
1:30 PM Picnic + Celebration

You are tired of "holding it all together" and are craving a slow, quiet space where you don't have to manage anyone else’s expectations.

You want a weekend that honors rest over productivity, anchored by nature, gentle movement, and meaningful connection.
Ready to take the next step?
Because this retreat involves intimate group reflection and deep nature-based work, we want to ensure it’s the right container for where you are on your journey right now.
Before finalizing registration, we ask every participant to join us for a quick, complimentary 30-minute consultation call. This gives us a chance to connect, answer any questions you have, and make sure this experience aligns with what you're looking for.

The Experience
Crossing the Threshold: Arrival, intention setting, adventure planning, group council, and a threshold ritual. As the seasons turn, nature offers a clear invitation: to slow down, shed what is heavy, and realign with what matters most
Your Own Adventure: A spacious day of self-guided exploration, rest, or creativity, supported by prerecorded morning & evening reflections.
Integration & Celebration: Guided creative expression, movement, integration, seasonal brunch, closing council, and celebration.
Community & Connection: Step out of isolation and into a community container designed to mirror nature’s transition where we witness each other’s shifts, share seasonal food, and celebrate our individual journeys collectively.
*A quick note on the environment:
We will provide a lovely space to gather no matter the weather and will provide delicious organic snacks and beverages (dairy and gluten free options provided)
ALSO: Lodging is not included in this experience.
While both of us bring therapeutic training and deep clinical experience to this weekend, this retreat is not group psychotherapy.
Instead, it is a guided seasonal ritual. It is a soft place to land, combining personal reflection, nature-based practices, community connection, and intentional rest.

If you already have a vision - we are here to support you in that!
What's the point of this experience? Im outside all the time
So many of us in Colorado are constantly engaging in nature recreation.
BELONGING - our three day seasonal women’s retreat - is offering you the chance to cancel your trail run, slow down the pace, and come into relationship with the natural world around you.
The invitation of this weekend is nature connection.
By attuning to nature, we begin to come back home to our bodies - quieting our minds and gaining new perspectives. The added bonus? Engaging in this intentional experience alongside an incredible group of wise women.
Where will we meet?
Our gatherings as a group will take place at Dharma’s Garden in North Boulder, Colorado.
This will be Friday evening and Sunday morning. On Saturday, you will be entirely on your own engaging in whatever solo adventure you have planned.
Prepare to be mostly outside unless weather forces us indoors.
